St Mary’s Catholic Primary School wrote us a card asking us about Rosh Hashanah. We all wrote a letter explaining about what we did during Rosh Hashanah.

“I liked writing a letter to a school that aren’t Jewish. I was glad that they wanted to find out about the Jewish customs.” Ben

“I really enjoyed reading the letter which they sent and even more writing a letter back. It was a great opportunity to explain what I have learnt about Judaism and to tell it to people who aren’t Jewish. Amy

Below are the excellent letters the children sent to St Mary's. The children spent a lot of time thinking about the content and all the letters are individual. They also used their ICT sessions to improve the layout of their work. Well done Year 5.
