Morris Feinman Swings!

A real treat was in store for the residents of Morris Feinman recently: both the main North Cheshire Primary School Choir and the group 'Little Voices' performed. The audience enjoyed a huge range of songs including ‘This  Little Light of Mine’, ‘A Million Dreams’ (from ‘The Greatest Showman’), ‘Popular’ (from the musical ‘Wicked’) and Bruno Mars’ ‘Count on Me’.

A very special performance of ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ was shared by 'Little Voices' which included a special solo performance by Sophie in Year 2. “When it was time for Sophie to sing, I was really quiet.” (Marli, Year 1)

 “I just loved Sophie!” (Jessi, Year 2)

 ‘The Adams Family’, with finger clicking in all the right places, demonstrated again a wonderful united musical strength.

Rabbi Dovid lit the candles and Chanukah was celebrated amazingly by a rendition of several musical favourites, including ‘Ner Li’, ‘Sevivon’, ‘Mi Yemalel’, ‘Hanerot Halaluh’, and ‘Chanukah Treats’. The best of course was left until last, when the whole room joined together to sing ‘ Maoz Tsur’. Such a moving and memorable evening. Well done, everyone (and especially Mrs Blank for arranging such an incredible event).
